This interactive workshop will provide an in-depth analysis and discussion about behaviors that can derail a high-performing team and a healthy workplace culture. Participants will roleplay scenarios, work on effective communication, and practice how to approach different personalities while maintaining leading management practices with compassion. Participants will also learn how to self-identify and monitor their own behaviors to set an example for others. Bring your own examples/struggles, and we will work together to create action plans.
