Building Representative Boards &
Board Organizational Preparedness
The Building Representative Boards program brings together individuals monthly to build a foundation in board governance and connect with peers, while Board Organizational Preparedness trains nonprofits in IDEAL-aligned practices to create more inclusive board cultures. The program culminates in a board matching event, fostering connections between participants and organizations to advance community impact.
Leaders Institute
The CEN Leaders Institute is an eight-month leadership development program for nonprofit executive directors/CEOs, offering monthly full-day sessions grounded in tested, practical curriculum. Guided by IDEAL principles, the program fosters a diverse cohort and equips participants with a strong peer network and actionable tools to lead effective, sustainable organizations.
