Participants will leave with a clearer sense of how to leverage financial metrics not just for reporting—but as a strategic tool for growth, sustainability, and mission alignment.
Completion of Understand Nonprofit Financials - Part 1 is recommended but not required.
Intended Audience: Nonprofit executives, board members, senior staff, finance staff, and emerging leaders responsible for financial strategy and oversight.
