In this workshop, we will unpack the nonprofit sector’s historical leadership models that fall short of serving the creation of an IDEAL workspace. As the notion of a healthy workplace culture continues to evolve, it is important that we reevaluate our current leadership models and incorporate compassionate leadership principles to serve others. Join us in exploring what it means to lead with wisdom and compassion and to strike a balance between the two.

Examine harmful leadership styles and their impacts
Understand inclusive leadership styles and their impacts
Explore the pathways to compassionate leadership
