Join us for an interactive workshop where we dive into the 8 practical insights from Jim Morgan's Applied Wisdom for the Nonprofit Sector.
About the Workshop
This workshop will serve as an introduction to 'Applied Wisdom for the Nonprofit Sector: Eight Practical Insights for Leadership' book. During this interactive session, participants will learn about each insight, discuss how these insights play out in their own jobs, hear from peers, and discover new ways to be an effective leader. This workshop is 2 hours and highly interactive.
Objectives:
Explore each of the eight chapters of the booklet
Discuss how each insight is already at play or how it can be implemented in attendees own organization.
Guide participants to tackle case studies and real-life situations in which the eight “Morganisms” may be applied
Outcomes
Provide a through understanding of the Applied Wisdom Insights and framework for continued use of the booklet
Encourage community building and networking to create an ecosystem of support and accountability
Participants will receive a digital badge of completion to display on LinkedIn, highlighting their commitment to continuous learning and effective leadership.
