Wendy Vang-Roberts
Wendy Vang-Roberts is a first-generation Hmong American from Minnesota. She has dedicated her career to the nonprofit sector, specializing in capacity building to support public and nonprofit organizations in delivering services equitably. Most recently, Wendy was the Program Manager of Federal Strategies at Race Forward, where she oversaw professional development on racial equity for federal government agencies. She holds a B.S. in Business Management and a Master of Public and Nonprofit Administration from Metropolitan State University.
Wendy serves as the Board Chair for the Asian American Organizing Project (AAOP) Board and is a member of the Antiracism Community of Transformation (ACT) Board of Directors and Marketing Committee. Additionally, she facilitates Antiracism Study Dialogue Circles for ACT and occasionally provides racial equity training and consultation to nonprofit organizations.
Wendy relocated to San Jose, California in fall 2023, and enjoys spending her free time trying new restaurants, seeking out street food, embarking on adventure travels, and hanging out with her husband and two dogs.
