Swanetta T. Dunn is the Founder and Executive Director of Goodies & Growth Enrichment Center (GGEC), a Philadelphia-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening individuals, families, and communities through comprehensive support and enrichment services. Under her leadership, GGEC is developing programs focused on youth enrichment, education, food security, workforce development, health and wellness, senior and disability support, recreation, family services, and community resource connections.

Swanetta is committed to building sustainable partnerships and creating opportunities for underserved communities. Her leadership approach is rooted in service, accountability, compassion, and long-term community impact. Through GGEC, she works to connect residents with resources, educational opportunities, workforce pathways, and supportive services that promote stability, independence, and personal growth. She is passionate about strengthening nonprofit leadership, expanding organizational capacity, and developing programs that create lasting positive change throughout Philadelphia and beyond.
