Ronesha Jackson, MSc.IDEAL Director
Ronesha is a passionate non-profit professional and IDEAL practitioner dedicated to centering inclusivity, diversity, equity, access and liberation. Her passion for IDEAL ignited after a personal experience in her teenage years. Since then, she has spent her career partnering with the local community. She has worked primarily with individuals from historically excluded communities, through her work as a trauma informed case manager, wrap-around facilitator, juvenile probation officer, volunteer court appointed special advocate (CASA) and more recently as the executive director of a youth focused organization. Throughout her career, she has interfaced with and guided dozens of diverse teams to reach strong outcomes using collaborative methods. She has a successful track record of leading teams through times of change and organizational development. Ronesha considers herself an advocate for leadership professionals and works to inspire organizations to center IDEAL and wellness to strengthen the field of philanthropy. Ronesha holds an undergraduate degree in criminal justice and a master of science (MSc.) in nonprofit and association management. During her free time Ronesha enjoys music festivals, hiking, traveling and spending time at the beach.
