Reese Artero, a born-and-raised Chamorro (Guam native), is an aspiring nonprofit consultant and current USC graduate student focused on strengthening mission-driven organizations through strategy, evaluation, and governance. With experience in policy advocacy, nonprofit capacity building, and equity-centered initiatives, Reese brings a systems-oriented and community-rooted perspective to board service. She is especially excited to learn alongside fellow BRB participants committed to more representative and responsive nonprofit leadership as an emerging professional.
