Born in Jalisco, Mexico, Lily navigated the challenges of immigrating to a new country while building her identity across cultures. In her early 20s, she pursued higher education, a pivotal experience that shaped her resilience, humility, and passion for helping others. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from San José State University and is now a Tax Manager at PPCO Advisors in San Jose, specializing in real estate taxation and pass-through entities. Lily also works with trusts, corporations, and individuals, supports team development and firm operations, and brings leadership and practical problem-solving skills to nonprofit board service. Outside of work, she enjoys learning new skills, cooking, playing piano, reading, and exploring new places.
