Kiasi Malone

Dr. Kiasi Malone is an executive educational leader, strategic implementation expert, and systems coach with more than 20 years of experience dedicated to closing opportunity gaps and driving sustainable achievement across West Tennessee. Leveraging a distinguished career as a turnaround principal, Chief of Accountability, and state educational consultant, Dr. Malone serves as the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of The Louise Program, a mission-driven organization established to disrupt generational poverty by removing the systemic and financial barriers facing single mothers in Memphis. Drawing on her extensive background in data-informed systems, executive coaching, and community-centered leadership, she directs the nonprofit’s holistic approach to empower determined women who have initiated their college journeys with the resources, coaching, and life skills needed to complete their higher education and secure long-term family stability. Dr. Malone holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Administration from Union University and is an alumna of the Relay National Principal Supervisor’s Academy (Completed with Distinction), uniting deep instructional expertise with a steadfast commitment to uplifting families and transforming communities.
