Joso Domingue

Joso Domingue is a nonprofit and customer experience leader dedicated to building equitable systems and strengthening community-centered organizations. With over a decade of experience in customer support, project management, and team leadership, she currently serves as Customer Service Manager at GlobalGiving, where she partners with cross-functional teams to improve operational effectiveness and enhance support for donors and nonprofit leaders.

Joso is deeply committed to representation, community empowerment, and inclusive decision-making in the nonprofit sector. She believes that diverse and representative boards are essential to creating sustainable impact. Through board service and community engagement, Joso seeks to help nonprofits strengthen governance, broaden their reach, and better serve the communities they exist to support.
