Josie Diether-Martin is the Associate Director of Operations & Project Management at the Center for Excellence in Nonprofits (CEN), where she supports operations, project management systems, and program logistics. Josie has spent her career in the nonprofit sector, bringing a background in creative project management, operations, fundraising, and communications to the role. She has completed additional certifications in workflow implementation and financial management. Josie earned her BA in Sociology & Anthropology with a focus in social inequalities from the University of Redlands, where she led her campus’ Relay For Life event, raising funds for cancer research and supporting families impacted by a cancer diagnosis. 

Outside of work, Josie enjoys trying new restaurants, reading, spending time outdoors, and exploring new creative outlets.
