Dora Beyer is a first-generation professional, passionate about socioeconomic and educational equity. As Director of Community Development at Excite Credit Union, she leads the organization’s philanthropic efforts – including financial literacy, child savings accounts, and nonprofit partnerships – with a focus on serving underbanked, immigrant and small business communities. She has served on the CEN board since 2020, also serves on the board of Latina Coalition Silicon Valley, co-leads the Entrepreneurship Giving Circle of the Latino Community Foundation, and volunteers with Child Advocates of Silicon Valley. She is the eldest of four, daughter of Mexican immigrants and most of all enjoys being the cool Tia (Auntie)
