In response to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we continue to provide virtual training that merges fundamental leading practices with crisis management and opportunities for peer-to-peer connections and support. Additionally, your generosity has enabled us to continue offering discounts and payments plans to make our offerings increasingly accessible. For example, we’ve seen about a 20% increase in scholarships needed for Leaders Institute participants to access the program this year, and we were able to meet this need, thanks to your support. Your support today will help us increase the sustainability of the vital nonprofits, services, and causes that you care about and that our communities rely on, especially now.

This is a time of both challenge and opportunity. Old practices are being confronted, historic trauma is being brought to light, and new approaches to create true equity are being acknowledged. We know there is still a lot of work to be done, but we’ve also seen our sector respond with rapid innovation to maintain service to the community.
