Prior to retirement on October 31, 1992, Dean O. Morton was executive vice president, chief operating officer and a director of the Hewlett-Packard Company for many years.  He was chairman emeritus of The Center for Excellence in Nonprofits and one of the 1994 co-founders of the organization.
