Programs & Projects Manager
Raylene Hernandez was born and raised in the bay area and is currently a Project and Programs Manager at CEN. She received her Bachelor's degree from Santa Clara University in Public Health and Women's & Gender Studies. Raylene is also involved with the Latina Coalition of Silicon Valley as their Marketing and Board Assistant. In her free time she enjoys working on her financial literacy Instagram page, Latinas Talk Dinero that she co-founded to provide community members with free financial literacy education in both English and Spanish. Raylene is deeply passionate about developing and highlighting pathways of opportunity for those in underserved communities so each individual has the circumstances available to live happy and healthy lives. Raylene also loves to sing musical theater and spend time with the people she loves!
