ED/CEO Monthly Roundtable - Virtual

This group will meet monthly on the 3rd Thursday of the month for a total of 6 meetings. 

Program Description

CEN's virtual roundtable series provides nonprofit EDs/CEOs with a unique opportunity to connect as we enter 2021 and the rebuilding phase. The monthly forum is a space for nonprofit leaders to come together for peer-to-peer connections and support. Participants will share experiences, challenges, and solutions during facilitated discussions that also include resources and leading practices provided by CEN's expert facilitators. The monthly format includes:

• Dynamic, relevant new content connecting your needs to current challenges and emerging trends

• Intensive, confidential small group experiences

• Customized discussion that addresses current, tangible issues -- COVID-19 challenges, board relations, personal and organizational sustainability, fundraising, staffing your development team, and much more

• Monthly thought pieces for group discussion

• Skilled CEN facilitation that blends participant needs and organizational expertise for rich and valuable interactions

This professionally facilitated series consists of 6 monthly meetings of directed peer support and learning, which take place on a regularly-scheduled day of the month. To maintain an intimate and productive environment, space in each group is limited.

Cost: Members $150 | Nonmembers $300 (for 6 meetings)
