Smooth Transitions at all Staff Levels
CEN is offering two in-depth workshops on nonprofit succession planning. The morning session will focus on preparing for smooth staff transitions, at all levels, and the afternoon session will be a comprehensive look at how the board and key staff should plan and manage an executive leadership change. Is your nonprofit prepared for the departure (short-term, long-term, or permanent) of your executive director or other key staff members? If not, you’re not alone. In this workshop you will learn how to identify and minimize the negative impact of planned and unexpected separations. The training will offer tools and resources to plan for a smooth transition of roles by assessing potential risks/deficits and matching them with strategies to ensure continuity and sustainability for your organization.
Intended Audience: Nonprofit executives, senior staff and managers.
CEN Events Cancellation Policy: Unfortunately, CEN is no longer able to accommodate cancellations within 72 hours of any event. A registered attendee who has been billed or invoiced but is a “No Show” on the day of the event will still be billed for the event. There are no exceptions to this policy, but substitutions are permitted at any time as long as the attendee is from the same organization. Approved refunds – requested before the 72 hour cutoff – will be issued through the original form of payment. Thank you!
