Leading Through Difficult Staff Dynamics - Level 201
People are your most valuable resource … managing them can be your worst nightmare. As leaders, it is our responsibility to address issues within our teams, ideally before they get out of hand and build a culture of distrust and resentment. In this workshop, participants will explore ways to build a foundation of trust by exploring working styles and setting expectations around working together. We will also identify ways to turn a currently dysfunctional employee/team into a high performing asset. Bring your own examples/struggles and we will work together to create action plans!
Intended Audience: Nonprofit executives & staff that are new to management positions.
When: May 22nd, 2019 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Where: Sobrato Center for Nonprofits, 600 Valley Way, CA 95035 (Room #1)
Cost*: CEN Members - $75, Non-members - $150
