Elizabeth Yarly, DrPH(c), PMP

Leadership Development Specialist
Elizabeth Yarly is an organizational development practitioner with fifteen years of experience facilitating the success of global initiatives, and an adult learning specialist skilled in learning design for transformational change. Driven by research, storytelling, and a compelling personal narrative, Elizabeth’s work embodies her mission to address systematic disparities and improve well-being outcomes for people. She has managed the success of initiatives in over seventeen countries, demonstrating a proven ability to drive cross-sector strategies and collaboration with/within large-matrix organizations and small grass-roots initiatives. Elizabeth is a Doctor of Public Health candidate, completing her organizational development research at the Rutgers School of Public Health. She also holds an adjunct faculty appointment at the Kean University School of Health and Human Performance.
