Andrea Henkel is an experienced organizational leader with over fifteen years of experience working in education and education-focused nonprofits. She has built and implemented a range of systems to support colleagues, teams, and organizations thrive, from creating cross-departmental curricular development procedures to building people operations procedures and processes. Andrea has particular expertise in program development, people management, and program operations, and has deep experience collaborating with engineering, marketing, programs, HR, and partnerships departments to support day-to-day operations. She brings a systems thinking lens to all of the work she does, and is energized by supporting people and organizations in doing their best work.
