Gaining a true understanding of your organization’s financials and making strategic decisions as a result can increase your long term impact more than any other leadership skill. In this class we will explore the basic elements of common nonprofit financial statements and will identify tips to better understand what they mean and how they can be used to determine the health of an organization. Participants will also learn ways to use this information to make strategic decisions.
Intended Audience: Nonprofit executives, senior staff, and emerging leaders.
